--In
1970 there were 100 million (100,000,000) LESS
people in the U.S. as there are now. Back in 1920,
the population was only one third of what it is
today. And by 2030, projections show another
increase of 100 million.

OIL
WARS
|
Anyone who still
has doubts that the Iraq War wasn't about oil,
should look into the recent contract that UK oil
giant Shell received. It's worth around $25 billion
or about $2 million a day (yes, a day!). Also, if
you think that the Afghan War is about security,
read up on the Trans-Afghanistan (oil) pipeline --
the real reason for that war.

Of
gods and kings
Religions
primarily serve as a psychological conditioning
model of the hierarchy of power. There is the
god-king (patriarch), followed by his angels and
disciples (members of court, politicians and public
servants); and of course, the saints and sinners --
the obedient subservients pitted against the
non-believers (creative-types and non-conformists).
The
flock of followers are kept in line through a
system of fear and reward. Historically, there has
been much to fear. From the Crusades
and the Inquisitions
to the Conquistadors
and colonialism, people the world over have been
slaughtered and enslaved -- their land and
resources stolen -- all in the name of religion. On
the other hand, the rewards of 'conversion'
have to be taken solely on faith -- the belief in
something that cannot be proven -- how
convenient.
